Dharmesh has more than 25 years of experience working with leading IT consulting and outsourcing organizations in operational and management roles. He currently heads Finance, Accounting, and Legal functions globally at FCS, driving business growth, profitability and developing corporate strategies. In addition to the finance role, he also heads the General Administration, Infrastructure, Operations and Procurement globally and oversees various cross-function assignments in the areas of HR and Recruitment.
Dharmesh also oversees Retail & CPG Business Unit for FCS and is responsible for providing vision, business direction and strategy to the business unit. He is responsible for driving consulting, managed services and BPO business to customers in CPG verticals.
Along with FCS other senior executives, Dharmesh serves on the Senior Leadership Team that sets the overall strategy and direction for FCS. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from VRCE Nagpur, India and currently lives in Charlotte, NC. |

Vikram has more than 20+ years of experience in the Information Technology industry, in both operational and executive roles. His role includes strategic planning, product development, building executive client relationships, driving business through strategic partnerships for the organization. Vikram has last served as the Senior Director with Oracle USA Inc. (NASDAQ: ORCL) and was responsible for the Product Development for Oracle Fusion Business Intelligence suite of products. Vikram has held various leadership roles at Wipro Systems (NYSE: WIT) and IT Solutions Inc. He has strong experience and deep relationships in IT Services and Product Engineering sector. Vikram's areas of expertise include business strategy development, building complex software products, execution, global organization and development, sales & relationship management. He has worked in the areas of Financial Services, Public Sector, Healthcare, Higher Education, Manufacturing and Retail. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Electronics & Telecommunications and Advanced Diploma in Computers and Information Management. |

Sreeni has worked for Oracle Corporation (NASDAQ: ORCL) for 13+ years. He has contributed to the design, development and continued product innovations in the areas of Manufacturing, Supply Chain, CRM and Financial applications of Oracle E-Business Suite across multiple technology platforms and releases. He was instrumental in establishing and building Oracle Applications Development Center in India. He last served as Vice President of Global Services Delivery team, an offshore arm of Oracle North America Consulting Organization. Sreeni Holds a Computer Science Engineering degree from University of Mysore. |

Vikas Kumar is a recognized leader in design and implementation of complex enterprise and analytical solutions. Vikas has over 17 years of industry experience in all facets of software product development, consulting and MIS. His focus at FCS is Oracle ERP and Business Intelligence practice with special focus on Consumer Goods (CG) vertical. Prior to joining FCS Inc, Vikas served as Senior Director at Oracle USA with Product Development group. His organization brought new supply chain products to market including Oracle Demand Signal Repository, Oracle Manufacturing Operations Center, Oracle Business Intelligence and EPM, Oracle Value Chain planning products. Vikas also held senior management positions at two startups during his career. He holds a Masters Degree in CS from BITS Pilani, India and an MBA from Notre Dame de Namur University, California. Vikas is also a visiting faculty teaching Supply Chain and Operations management at various US universities. |

As National Sales Manager, Mr Tennant’s is responsible for building Executive Client Relationships, driving business revenue and working with strategic alliances throughout North America. He works toward insuring consistent client satisfaction, predictable and sustainable revenue growth and insuring smooth operations with the other areas within FCS.
Mike has been with FCS since 2001 and has been instrumental in the formation and success of several strategic partnerships and instrumental in tremendous revenue growth. Before joining FCS he was one of the initial partners in the creation of the largest BPCS practice SSASE in the world where revenue grew to over 55 million in less than 10 years. Prior to that Mike served Executive management roles within GE (GEISCO), started a IT ERP services company that he sold to GE, and worked in the management of software development for Fairchild and Xerox (ARISTA). Mike began his career at Wachovia Bank in operations. His experience includes participation and leadership internationally with revenue generation and deployment of strategic systems with industry leaders including British Shipbuilding, Cadbury Schweppes, DuPont, ITT, Bell Atlantic, International Bank of Japan and GE.

He last served as Director Global Consulting Services for the BeNeLux and Nordic territory with webMethods / Software AG. In addition, he was interim manager for the Professional Services teams in the United Kingdom and Germany. Ronald also held senior management positions with EDS and Internoc. Ronald lives in The Netherlands and earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Fontys University of Applied Sciences of Eindhoven, The Netherlands. |
