It is the responsibility of every employee to separate, identified recyclable materials and place them in appropriate recycling containers.
- Purchasing of products with recycled content: All offices and ODCs purchase and use products manufactured from recycled materials whenever feasible.
Active participation of all the employees helps to trim unnecessary waste disposal costs, meet mandated waste reduction requirements, and help FCS meet its commitment to reduce the negative impact of operations on the environment.

Vikas Handa, President & CEO
Vikas has more than nineteen years of experience in software development and managing IT Services. He is major driving force in spearheading the new initiatives and areas of growth for FCS. His focus areas include Partner Channel Management, Customer Care Monitoring, Enterprise Management of Technology Assets, Applications Development Strategies and Management, Quality Assurance, Business process Engineering, Electronic Commerce/e-business and other emerging technology concepts. He has strong relationships in the Industrial, Manufacturing, Insurance, Utilities and Financial market segments. He holds a Bachelor's in Technology from Institute of Technology, Varanasi.
Mike Tennant, National Sales Manager
Mike has over twenty years experience in managing Consulting and Technical service practices in both the Software Industry and Manufacturing Companies. He has worked in Software industry since 1977 at Xerox and later, General Electric. Mike worked at Scovill and Fairchild Burns IT department's supporting their manufacturing departmental needs. His experience includes participation and leadership internationally with software implementations across various domains including British Shipbuilding, Cadbury Schweppes, DuPont, ITT, Bell Atlantic, International Bank of Japan and Fairchild. Mike managed large services practices at SSA Southeast and at GEISCO.
Dharmesh Sethi, COO & CFO
Dharmesh has more than 20 years experience in Management, Information Services and Software Consulting. He has extensive expertise in process Re-engineering, Business Process improvement and all phases of the software development life cycle. He has specialization in Manufacturing, Finance, Online Marketplace, Retail, Logistics and Distribution Application systems. Lastly, he has significant experience in managing large teams of development and support professionals.
Jnan Dash, Chief Strategy Officer
Jnan Dash has over several decades focused on enterprise solutions such as cloud infrastructure, new forms of data Management and Analytics, Virtualization, Real-time events, real-time Business Intelligence, Service Oriented Architecture and application of Web 2.0 technologies for the enterprise. He spent 10 years in Oracle Corporation and was the Group Vice President in Systems Architecture and Technology. His responsibilities include setting Oracle’s core database and application server product directions and interacted with customers worldwide in translating future needs to product plans. Prior to joining Oracle in 1992, he spent 16 years at IBM in various positions including development of DB2 family of products and in charge of IBM's database architecture and technology.
Vikram Takru, Vice President
Vikram has more than 18 years of experience in the Information Technology industry, in both Operational and Executive roles. His role includes Strategic Planning, Product development, building Executive Client Relationships, driving Business through strategic partnerships for the Organization. Vikram has last served as the Senior Director with Oracle USA Inc. (NASDAQ: ORCL) and had responsibility for the Product Development for Oracle Fusion Business Intelligence suite of products. Vikram has held various leadership roles at Wipro Systems (NYSE: WIT) and IT Solutions Inc. He has strong experience and deep relationships in IT services and Product Engineering sector. Vikram's areas of expertise include business strategy development, building complex software products, Execution, Global Organization and Development, Sales & Relationship Management. He has worked on verticals domains in the areas of Financial Services, Public Sector, Healthcare, Higher Education, Manufacturing and Retail. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Electronics & Telecommunications and Advance Diploma in Computers and Information Management.
Sreenivasa Hosamane, General Manager APAC
Sreeni has close to 2 decades of experience in Information Technology industry in both operational and executive roles. His role includes Global delivery, product development, SaaS platform development, building executive client relationships and organizational building. He has strong expertise in the areas of complex delivery management in a global environment managing & working across virtual teams across the world. Sreeni has worked for Oracle Corporation (NASDAQ: ORCL) for 13+ years. He has contributed to the design, development and continued product Innovations in the areas of Mfg Supply Chain, CRM and Financial applications of Oracle e-business Suite across multiple technology platforms and releases. He was instrumental in establishing and help grow Oracle Applications Development Center in India. He last served as Vice President of Global Services Delivery team, an offshore arm of Oracle North America Consulting Organization. Sreeni Holds a Computer Science Engineering degree from University of Mysore.
Vikas Kumar, Vice President
Vikas Kumar is a recognized leader in design and implementation of complex enterprise and analytical solutions. Vikas has over 17 years of industry experience in all facets of Software product development, Consulting and MIS. His focus at FCS is Oracle ERP and Business Intelligence practice with special focus on Consumer Goods (CG) vertical. Prior to joining FCS Inc, Vikas served as Senior Director at Oracle USA Inc. with Product Development group. His organization brought new supply chain products to market including Oracle Demand Signal Repository, Oracle Manufacturing Operations Center, Oracle Business Intelligence and EPM, Oracle Value Chain planning products. Vikas also held senior management positions at two startups during his career. He holds a Masters Degree in CS from BITS Pilani, India and an MBA from Notre Dame de Namur University, California. Vikas is also a visiting faculty teaching Supply Chain and Operations management at various US universities.
KP Maheshwari, Associate Vice President
KP Maheshwari has more than 19 years of experience in business development, strategic account management, program management and IT delivery. He has extensive experience in Oracle Applications and BI/ EPM implementations, handling large IT initiatives and designing effective business solutions. He has specialized in Finance, High-Tech and Process manufacturing verticals. He has held IT management role in large global companies at GE, Wipro and Sierra Atlantic. He was instrumental in building and growing Oracle Applications practice in his various roles. KP holds an MBA from IIM-Ahmedabad and is B.S in Computer Science from JNTU - Hyderabad.
Ronald Vorstenbosch, Vice President Consulting Services EMEA
Ronald has over twenty years experience in the IT Consulting Services, managing large teams of service professionals.
His focus areas include growing the integration services practice, developing consulting services for Oracle BI, FCS Managed Services and other new technologies and solutions.
He last served as Director Global Consulting Services for the BeNeLux and Nordic territory with webMethods / Software AG. In addition, he was interim manager for the Professional Services teams in the United Kingdom and Germany. Ronald also held senior management positions with EDS and Internoc.
Ronald lives in The Netherlands and earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Fontys University of Applied Sciences of Eindhoven, The Netherlands.
Marek Macak, Practice Head EMEA
Marek has decades of IT experience in software development, maintenance, professional services and various related management areas. In his prior role, he's has worked on with several large customers like including Ikea, Software AG, Hiscox, DSM, SAAS, Mondial Assistance and others. His expertise includes leading very large global teams, in-depth knowledge across multiple verticals and technologies. Marek brings in unique blend of experience to help customers transcend the common gaps between IT and business stakeholders.
Naveen Rathi, Integration Services Practice Head North America
Naveen has over 12+ years of experience in Information Technology industry, primarily in the software consulting services segment. His role includes business development, client liaison, account management and delivery. He has extensive experience in taking technology solutions from concept stage to design and implementation. Over last several years, his focus area has been delivering solutions based on integration technologies (B2B, EAI, SOA, ESB). His expertise includes domains like E-commerce hubs, Energy Utilities, Cable & Wireless, and Public Sector. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering from IT-BHU, India.
